The AES Refrigerant Compliance Plan encompasses a strategic approach and general guidance for managing building air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and refrigerant service tools. In brief, the program is to properly recover refrigerants and oils, document all activities and to safely handle and store refrigerants and oils for national banking and recycling.
